Funtington Village B and B - Annexe sleeps 4+

Self contained annexe 10 minutes from Goodwood, Chichester centre & theatre. Close to beaches at Wittering & sailing in the harbour. Twin beds which join to make a superking and small double sofabed in main room. Connected bedroom has double bed and shares the bathroom - great for family or close friends. Annexe has kitchen, shower room ensuite, TV, WiFi, dishwasher, fridge freezer washerdryer, hairdryer, ironing board & tennis court. Breakfast included. We welcome pets by prior arrangement. The space The annexe has its own entrance separate from the main house and has a kitchen in the main room equipped with oven, hob, microwave, washer/drier, dishwasher, fridge freezer, TV, iron, toaster, kettle, hair dryer etc. The main studio room has twin beds that zip together to make superking (let me know which you prefer as default is twin) plus double sofa bed. Further connected bedroom with double bed shares the facilities, making an ideal suite of rooms for family or friends to share. Walk in shower, granite work surfaces. All linen and towels supplied. For stays of a week or longer, the main room beds can be removed to give a larger sitting area. We include a cooked breakfast brought to the door, or guests are welcome to self cater in the kitchen which is well stocked with cooking essentials and bread, milk, cereals etc - You choose! Guest access Use of garden and tennis court. Loads of off road parking in the driveway or field. Kids can kick a ball around in our field and help feed the chickens and it is a 2 minute walk to Fox and Hounds country pub with yummy food. -The local Bosham Indian take away even delivers! Ten minutes drive from both Chichester centre and Goodwood, close to glorious beaches at Wittering and Bosham for the sailing, we are snuggled at the foot of the South Downs which are wonderful for long rambling walks. Guests are welcome to use tennis racquets and balls and we just ask that you replace any balls lost. Dogs or other pets are welcome by prior arrangement and we ask that they are not allowed on the furniture. Other things to note There is a 2 minute walk to the Fox and Hounds, our wonderful village pub, where you can book a meal in the restaurant or choose from their bar blackboard menu and enjoy a pint! Pets are welcome by prior arrangement but please do check first as we only welcome well behaved medium sized dogs who don’t moult or shed fur at all - otherwise an extra £30 cleaning charge may be added!
