This 50 m2 apartment located on the 1st floor of our wooden house has a separate entrance and parking space. Auray, a small town of character, seduces at first sight with its lively city center (300 m away), its art galleries, its legendary market, its shops, and its heritage including the port of St Goustan (900 m away),... starting on foot from the house. Beaches are 10 km (St Philibert) or 15 km (Carnac) away. It is suitable for couples, families and four-legged companions. The space The home is very bright and the many bays and windows are equipped with roller shutters. It is very pleasant to stay in: well heated in winter and in summer you can enjoy the sun setting on the terrace. The equipment is new and of very good quality: convection oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, raclette, fondue,... TV, a small stereo and of course Wi-Fi! We provide guests with our washing machine and dryer located in our laundry room. They'll just need to ask us. Guest access The apartment is entirely dedicated to guests as we live on the ground floor and the house has very good sound insulation. Access is independent to ensure their peace and total autonomy. Other things to note Auray is a charming little town of 13,600 inhabitants, very pleasant to stay in. It has many half-timbered houses and its history is told through its streets, thanks to the Heritage Tours set up by the City and the wise advice of the Tourist Office. The Port of St Goustan is a little gem where it's nice to stroll. Many restaurants and bars are lined up along Quai Franklin. And you will enjoy discovering the many artists' galleries and cultural or sports exhibitions and events. We love our city and would enthusiastically share the best way to get to know it.
