This large 2800 sf townhome is located in the middle of town, a 10-minute walk (or 2 minute drive) to the Auburn Mall, which is a Tiger Transit stop. The large screened in patio includes a gas grill and bed swing, great for relaxing after the game! The home includes 4 BRs and 3 full BAs. It comfortably sleeps 8, but can accommodate 2 more on the queen sleeper sofa in the upstairs loft. The space This is my primary home; I only rent during football season and graduation. Guest access Guests can access the entire townhouse, except the master bedroom closet and the garage. Other things to note Preferred method of check-in: You will have to download an app (free) to check-in and unlock front door. Details provided on week prior to check-in. You will need to access bluetooth on your phone. *I can provide a lockbox if absolutely necessary.
