Close to small shops, 15 min from Alès and 35 min from Nîmes between Gard, Lozère and Ardèche. Activities and visits: - hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, river activities, climbing, canoeing... - Alès, Seynes and its climbing site, Anduze, Uzès, the Ardèche gorges The space Sunny and quiet villa, 160 m2 in the hamlet of Le Mas Chabert, Ideally exposed, adorned with olive trees, a beautiful and spacious terrace, a large swimming pool with pizza oven and barbecue, this accommodation is a relaxing and ideal place for your holidays with family or friends. There is a spacious living room of more than 50 m2 with US kitchen - dining room – living room. 3 bedrooms with a 160 cm bed and two 140 cm beds, 1 double sink bathroom with shower and bathtub, 2 toilets, a sports area and office. A 10/5 swimming pool and angled steps for a uniform depth of 1.45 m A Jacuzzi is available off-season from September until the end of June with a price of 50 euros A terrace area of about 50 m² including 22 m² covered. The house is fully fenced. Electric gate with parking space offering the possibility to park in front of the house. Guest access the house and pool are for private use during your stay Other things to note OFF SEASON (unless booking more than 7 nights) sheets, tea towels and bath mats are not provided. Bathroom towels 5 euros per person and bed linen 20 euros per bed on request, notify 2 days before. An additional cleaning fee will be applied if the house is not returned in good condition, tidy, garbage cans thrown away and dishes done. Pool maintenance We carry out a small technical check of the pool 1 to 2 times during your stay. ⚠️ By default, this visit is done early in the morning before 8 a.m., so as not to disturb your day. If you prefer another time, just let us know and we will gladly adapt 😊
