Private Bedroom(s)/Bath - walking distance to VT

There are two bedrooms with a private bathroom in the basement of a family home close to downtown in Blacksburg, Virginia. Use one or both bedrooms (great for a family, friends, etc.). The rooms are separate from the rest of the home by a locked door so it feels like you are in your own apartment. Space has its own private entrance so you can check in and out on your own using a keypad lock. Can easily walk to downtown and the VT campus. Public transportation is also close by. The space The rooms are clean, quaint, and a great place to rest when you aren't out and about exploring Blacksburg, attending a Hokies game, or here for many other VT functions. NOTE: When you book, you get both rooms whether you use both of them or not. Only guests in your party will use the space. Guest access You can access the guest rooms and bathroom in the basement. Other things to note We have two girls (ages 10 and 12) and a medium size dog. Since you will be in the basement (there is a window in the rooms), there may be some noise above you, but we will try our best to keep the noise minimal. You can access the space through the back of the house so you don't have to come through our front door. It makes it easy to come and go as you please. We request that if guests are in the room that they observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Only guests that are on the reservation may be in the room between 10pm-7am. Thank you!
