Hidden away in the hills of Mid Wales, our property is a semi detached barn conversion located on the end of the courtyard on our family run farm. The Coach House Cottage offers guests access to the grounds orchard, wildlife and fishing lakes with 100’s of acres of surrounding countryside and woodland to wander. There are country lanes leading to historical castles, villages and market towns in the hills and valleys of the welsh borderlands. The space There are 2 private parking spaces allocated to guests directly in front of the property. Guest access: Ground floor - Utility room with washing machine, fridge-freezer, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, ironing board & iron. - Kitchen/dining/living area with bespoke feature wooden beam staircase. Kitchen is equipped with electric oven, hob, microwave kettle and toaster as well as dining and cooking essentials. The living area hosts a reclining sofa, soft furnishings and a smart TV with Netflix installed ready for a cozy night in. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed and tested regularly. First floor - Bedroom furnished with double bed & plenty of storage. 2 built in wardrobes with hangers, dresser and bedside tables. Fresh linen and towels provided. - Bathroom with electric shower, toilet, basin, LED illuminated mirror & heated towel rail. Welcome hamper included with tea / coffee & local fresh milk and eggs from our neighbouring farms. (Honesty box located a 5 min walk away if you want more!) Guest access Outside on the grounds you will find seating areas for picnics / peaceful walks to catch the sunset. Carp fishing catch and release can be arranged at a small extra fee per day.
