Two bedrooms w 2 bathroom in main house (sleeps 3)

Our air-conditioned two rooms at Tenuta Nissole (a countryhouse in Rocchetta Tanaro) are located away from busy roads and within a hazelnut farm. One is a Jr suite with its enclosed full bathroom while the other is a single bedroom with its separate dedicated bathroom where we can add an extra bed if needed. The rooms are surrounded by a forest at the end of a narrow valley, and they are perfect for a relaxing and stress-free stay. The space Tenuta Nissole is a converted farmhouse in which we live. We created a separate area upstairs with two bedrooms each with their own full bathroom for up to 4 people to relax and unwind. Located just outside the wine town of Rocchetta Tanaro and near its National Park, it has splendid views of the surrounding forests, our small Nebbiolo vineyard, and our hazelnut grove. You can also reach Asti (15 min), Nizza Monferrato (20 min), Alba, Barbaresco or Barolo by car to go shopping or wine tasting! The house features many of the typical Piemontese features, such as brick vaulted ceilings and thick stone walls, whilst the rooms are bright and enjoy the views of the narrow valley and surrounding forest. During your stay look forward to lounging by the pool overlooking the vineyard or enjoying wine in the patio. STARTING SEPTEMBER 2024 WE WILL OFFER FAMILY ROOMS IN OUR ADJACENT FARMHOUSE (EACH UNIT BEING 2 DOUBLE ROOMS WITH A SHARED BATHROOM). Both rooms share a full private bathroom with shower for exclusive use of the guests. Guest access We live in the property, so we will check you in and help with your luggage or charging your vehicle. Also available anytime to arrange wine tastings as well as visits to nearby producers. During your stay When you stay in an Airbnb, you’re staying in someone’s home. Other things to note As we live in a rural setting, wifi service can be slow at times. Outside there is a large patio area in the front of the house with a table and chairs for up to 7 people. Behind the house you can enjoy the pool next to our vineyard which has a shaded canopy and sunning beds perfect for unwinding. Within the forested area there are several benches and a hammock perfect for quiet reading or meditating. We ask our guests to respect our property and to behave as they would in their own home. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning but if you want to enjoy time outside during sunset and early evening make sure you use mosquito repellent. By maintaining the pool and garden areas ourselves, we will always check when we can do this at a time most convenient for our guests (ideally while you are out) but this may not always be possible.
