Big beautiful house in the heart of the old Cahors

The house dates from the 13th century, renovated in the 19th and located in the old historical Cahors. It is above all my grandmother's house, a "family" house for generations, my ancestors from Cahors were watchmakers. Very atypical with its two floors and its outside staircase, its small garden of 100 m² and the incredible view on the cathedral and the mount Saint-Cyr. This small street of Bousquet, typical of the old Cahors is amazing and the quietness which reigns there is so restful. The space The house is located in the heart of the historic old Cahors, 200 m. from the cathedral, its extraordinary market, the market halls and the Lot. Everything is within walking distance. It is composed of two floors, on the second floor kitchen and living room and two bedrooms. On the second floor, a living room and three other bedrooms. It offers a total of twelve beds, taking into account the sofa bed in the living room and a bathroom and separate toilet on each floor. The garden is full of charm with its vineyard, garden furniture and a gas grill and plancha. In summer, the house keeps cool thanks to its thick walls and by protecting it from the sun during the hottest hours. Portable fans are available and one bedroom on each floor has an air conditioner. Guest access Everything is really accessible on foot, including the train station at 10 minutes, and free parking lots too. We can park quite easily in front of the house to unload. The majority of the parking lots are paying but the city offers a free parking lot at about 500 meters from the house. Other things to note This house is a family home, full of beautiful memories, a real place of life and sharing. My grandmother was a painter, so there are many paintings by her.
