The space Nestled on a pictures farm, our tiny house offers a unique glamping experience that combines comfort and simplicity. Enjoy waking up to the sweet sounds of nature. Escape to the Countryside and experience rural charm in our shed converted/tiny farmhouse retreat. INSIDE: * Cozy full and twin lofted bed. * Fully equipted kitchentte with a regular coffee machine and a small refrigerator. * Modern bathroom with hot shower and eco friendly toiletries (septic system) * 100% Purified water in all the water sytem. * Confy living area with books, games and wifi also 2 twin size bed chairs. * AC and Heater split ac unit Outside: - Private Patio with BBQ and outdoor seating. - Visit our friendly farm animals including chickens, goats and turkeys. - Tiny house is located by my main house, all spaces are separate and away from each other, you will enjoy using your own space . Guest access Guests will have access to the private tiny house, including a private entrance and dedicated parking. Feel free to explore the 2.5-acre property, and interact with our friendly goats, turkeys, and chickens. The main house and a separate cabin are also on the property, but you'll have your own private space. Other things to note Welcome to our tiny house! Please note that you'll be staying in a rural setting. We have goats, chickens, and turkeys, and you're welcome to observe or feed them. We also have four friendly Chihuahuas. Keep in mind that you might encounter bugs, lizards, and insects, which is typical for a rural environment. This is not a hotel with constant housekeeping and maintenance. Smoking is allowed outside only. We require a bi-weekly property inspection for monthly stays. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an extra fee. Please respect the 12:00 PM check-out time. No parties or events are allowed. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Please do not leave food out to avoid attracting pests. Extra garbage bags are available under the sink. This tiny house is owner-operated.
