At the foot of the Luberon, our family home is located in Villelaure, a five-minute walk from the village, where you will find all the necessary local shops (butcher, bakery, florist, greengrocer, newspapers, pharmacy...). The space The house has 4 bedrooms (three upstairs, one on the ground floor), two bathrooms (one on each floor, with a washing machine in the bottom one), a fully equipped kitchen (3 fridges, a freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a robot, a dishwasher...), a dining room and a living room (a TV in the living room and in the dining room, with a DVD player and DVDs left available). For more details on the bedrooms: - Upstairs, a first bedroom of eighteen square meters, has a terrace (see photos), a second of 11 square meters, a third of 14 square meters. Storage is provided in every room. - On the ground floor, a bedroom of twelve square meters, with storage and desk. Upstairs, an attic has been converted (see photo) into a living room, with two farm tables, bookcases (books are available for reading on site), a large sofa, a TV and a Hi-Fi system. Three cellars and a pantry are available to store your groceries. A swimming pool, with a room of about twenty square meters where the robot for maintenance is located, deckchairs, a bed (it is perfectly possible to sleep in this double bed, but it is of course not counted in the 4 bedrooms mentioned in the description of the house), a bathroom and toilet (neither the bathroom nor the toilet are counted in the 2 toilets and bathrooms presented in the listing, but they can be very practical, if a person wishes to sleep in the room). Regarding the garden, it is built on the front of the house, in restanque (or bancaou). You will find a large terrace on the front of the house, with a stone table, chairs and two side tables for your lunches and dinners, a first bancaou with the pool, and a second with a "zen" garden. At the back of the house (access is through the attic), you will also find a bancaou garden, with a first restanque with a side table and a Provencal garden, a second with the vegetable garden, a third with a huge olive field and an orchard (peach, pear, cherry...) We can send you photos of the rooms of the house you want, in addition to those presented here. Regarding linens, we leave duvets/blankets, tablecloths and sets available, but no towels or sheets. It is possible to "rent" sheets, for 20 euros per pair of sheets. An internet connection is available, the Wi-Fi codes will be left for you. The gardens are fenced (except the front of the house). You are traveling by car to: - 10 minutes from Ansouis - 10 minutes from Cadenet - 15 minutes from Lourmarin, - 15 minutes from Pertuis - 30 minutes from Aix en Provence - 35 minutes from Bonnieux - 40 minutes from Lacoste - 55 minutes from Gordes Namely, from the house, there are hiking trails, very pleasant and of all levels. We leave at your disposal documentation about the Region and will be happy to advise you on your excursions and indicate "good addresses".
