New barn conversion, in a quiet location only 10 minutes away from the Gower coast and a choice of at least 5 beaches. Dog friendly max 2. Character barn with slate floors and oak beams. 3 bedrooms 2 en-suite shower and a family bathroom. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge so the barn will sleep 8, a single guest bed can be added to the twin/ or a travel cot. Lounge, kitchen & dining area are open plan providing one large family space. Small private garden with table &chairs. The space It has taken 5 years to complete our new barn conversion and we are ready at last to welcome guests to stay. The barn is on one level ( only 1 step inside) with tall ceilings and velux windows giving plenty of light throughout. The barn has 3 bedrooms, 1 with a king sized bed, en-suite shower, 1 double with tv an en-suite shower and a twin with a family bathroom. Perfect for 4/6 adults and 2/3 children or 8 adults. There is room for a travel cot in the double room and a single guest bed in the twin. There are extra tv's in the double & king bedrooms. The lounge is open plan providing a large open space for family entertainment. There is a wall mounted tv with free-view. The new kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven& hob and microwave, everything needed for a comfortable stay. The barn is child friendly a travel cot, highchair and baby bath can be available. There is underfloor heating throughout. The wood burner in the lounge is an optional extra. It will burn wood and coal they can be purchased nearby. Guest access Guests occupy the whole property. Other things to note Max 8 guests must include children and infants. If possible, I like to meet guest on arrival. I realise it is not always possible to arrive on time with motorway delays etc please let me know if you would prefer to self-check-in I will give extra information. There are 2 steps into the barn, and 1 step into the king bedroom. Please note as with many Gower villages mobile reception is not always possible. Email is best. Please mention if you are bringing a dog and remember to add the pet fee. Sociable, well-behaved dogs are welcome max of 2. As we are adjoining fields with livestock dogs must be on a lead, they must not be left in the barn unattended or allowed on furniture. We are on a quiet country lane which leads onto common land perfect for walking your dog. Please be prepared bring a dog basket (or bed) and an old towel for wiping muddy paws.
