Double bedroom in a new build property

This is a newly built property to be shared with a couple. We have our own bedroom with an en-suite so you wouldn't need to share the main bathroom with us. There is a common living room, as well as a dining area and kitchen, with a spacious garden at the back and 1 parking space available. The bedroom available is an IKEA daybed that pulls out into a double bed. The space You can use all kitchen amenities, such as appliances and silverware. Guest access Guests can use almost all parts of the house apart from bedrooms that haven't been booked by the guests themselves. The house is good for groups, couples and solo adventurers. During your stay We may meet you in person at check-in if available (check in times may be flexible- please ask to double check)- at other times, guests can check themselves in using the key safe. I will be available by mobile phone throughout your stay if you do not catch me around the house.
