Cabin on Otter Lake, Adirondacks

Charming cabin on Otter Lake in the Adirondacks - lots of natural wood. 15 minutes from Old Forge and Water Safari. New smokeless fire pit and old wood stove (wood provided). Boathouse has 4 kayaks, old fishing poles, and swim accessories you may use. The ducks are friendly, as well as the people. Come catch a breeze and relaxing lake view from the wonderful porch! Wifi and Roku TV available too. The space House is a Rustic cabin build in 1906 that has been upgraded and maintained over the years. Property has 50ft of frontage and is situated on a ridge overlooking the water. There is enough parking for 3 cars (more if you are creative and persistent). There is only room for one car to arrive or leave at a time. (Do not park on any property but mine). Guest access Entire house and grounds are available. The garage will be locked and off limits. You may Kayak on any part of the 148 acres of Otter Lake except within 5 feet of any other private property. Other things to note You may use the refrigerator for your own food. All pots pans dishes glasses etc. are available for your use. The board games, fishing poles, and Kayaks are available to you as well. Call if you have questions. The Wii works and has a collection of games. Take good care of it please. The previous owner took down the walls between bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. Now it's like a big L shape where you can see the other bedroom from the foot of the beds but not the head of the beds. Hard to explain. It's more like 2 rooms than 3, but it's better open like that. To be clear, there is no security camera in the kitchen. That was removed in 2021. I got a new roof in July 2022, so you can ignore the leaky roof comments from before that date. :-) I got a new grill in 2023. I got a new smokeless fire pit in 2025. Keep the cover on when not using it. (Don't put the cover on when it is hot.). Don't pour water on any files.
