It is not far from the center (about 15 km) with good transport links (tram 2 min). Please arrange the key handover and payment in advance. Changed check-in or check-out times are subject to a fee (€25). Upon arrival, please provide the security deposit of €2000 The space The apartment is located in the 1st Floor of a quiet, 3-storey residential complex, close to forest, water and S-Bahn not far from the Müggelsee. The apartment is located in the "artist village " Friedrichshagen, with many extravagances regarding the shops, cafes, the restaurants and many shopping opportunities. There is a good convenient connection by car, S-Bahn and several tram lines. From Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station, you need about 40 minutes to the main train station and about 20 minutes to the newly built Ostkreuz. The newly built apartment (2016) is 75 square meters and consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, which can be put together, a living area with sofa bed (180x200 cm) and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. There is also a bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower, toilet, washing machine with dryer, hair dryer and several small closets. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, all dishes and kitchen utensils as well as microwave, fridge, dishwasher etc. Everything is very modern, convenient and easy to clean. In the living room there is also a coffee table, sideboard with flat screen TV, bookshelf, display cabinet, wardrobes, and a dining table with 6 chairs. Fast internet is available. From Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station you can get to Hauptbahnhof ca. in 30 min and to Ostkreuz pass in about 15 minutes. The newly built apartment (12/2015) is 75 square meters and consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, a living area with sofa bed (180x200 cm) . The apartment sleeps 6 people comfortably. The bathroom has a bathtub and integrated shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer, hair dryer and several small cabinets. The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, all kitchenware and cooking utensils, a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher etc. Everything is very modern, comfortable and easy to care for. The living room also hosts the coffee table, sideboard with flat screen TV, bookcase, china cabinet, closets and a dining table,which can be extended, with 6 chairs. Fast Internet is available. Everything you need for a longer stay, is included in the friendly and extremely tasteful apartment. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. There is a small private plot in the yard which is accessible through the bathroom where our guests can smoke. This accommodation is ideally situated for a holiday in the area or a trip to the attractions of the region, not to mention the great things in the Ca. 20 Km away in downtown Berlin. Here in the apartment you will find the necessary rest to recover from the rigors and impressions of the day. Am Müggelsee is a favourite place for Berliners to take a break. The apartment is a Non-smoking. For smokers there is an exit to the outside, directly from the bathroom. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. The host may be contacted via email or telephone. Please contact the host at least 1 hour before check-in for the key handover. Other things to note The place is family-friendly, very quiet on the 2nd floor in a 3-story house. For beer connoisseurs and gourmets, there is a brewery with a restaurant in the immediate vicinity. Friedrichshagen has a village character and is one of the most popular places to visit in Berlin. Please note that in Berlin there is a city tax of 5% of the overnight price.
