The space The apartments are characterized by the use of materials and colors belonging to the Sicilian tradition and has been expertly revisited in a modern way, using regular and clean cuts and volumes close to the most current contemporary minimalism. Located on a height, compared to sea level, immersed in a charming olive grove while enjoying the view of the Gulf of Castellammare, Case del Carrubo is the ideal destination for a quiet stay, sheltered from noise and holiday chaos, despite being close to the most characteristic tourist destinations the west coast of Sicily (Segesta, Erice, San Vito lo Capo, Marsala, Trapani, ect..) Case del Carrubo is located within the territory of Balestrate, a border village between the provinces of Trapani and Palermo. Balestrate directly overlooks the Gulf of Castellammare with its new marina. If in winter it remains a quiet village of 6500 inhabitants, in summer it is animated by a discreet family tourism becoming a cheerful seaside village equipped to provide a warm welcome. Famous for its long and golden beaches, it has been home to prestigious accommodation facilities and various tourist services such as riding stables, sailing schools and a good local restaurant made by typical restaurants and farms at farms. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor, surrounded by a large native garden (230 square meters) at the service of the house , immersed in a vast countryside of olive groves. Recently renovated, it includes the ancient core of the original house. In full respect of Sicilian tradition and colors, Casa Azzurra has been revisited in a modern way. It consists of a large kitchen made of masonry and perfectly equipped with 4 burners, oven, refrigerator with freezer, pots and every other necessary and functional tool for a comfortable stay. The living room, furnished with masonry benches, through a large window opens to the garden, stripping off special views. Two spacious and bright double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower complete the house (60 sqm). The house is further equipped with iron and ironing board, hairdryer, sheets, blankets and towels. Outside, a paved area protected from the sun is equipped with tables and sofas to allow you to stay outside in close contact with the Sicilian countryside.
