A long private driveway leads to a private farmhouse in the middle of a stand of trees that are lighted at night. A fully fenced backyard with its own deck. A sweeping front porch. This charming home has all that you need to for comfort and relaxation. You will see deer in the winter months coming down the drive to rest in the yard. There are skunks, rabbits, and squirrels. You are in the country and only five minutes from town. There aren't many grapes but plenty of grapevines. ➢ No smoking inside the house. A cigarette ash tray for cigarette butts is located on the back and front porch. ➢ Any pet must be pre-approved on a case by case basis. There is fully fenced backyard for your dog.. ➢ No parties. We don't want to rent an event center- Extra fees will be charged if we feel there is evidence of a party and/or damages or use beyond what we would expect of the number of registered guests ➢ Maximum occupancy is 3 guests. We have furnished the house with the expectation of only 3 guests. Property management may stop by at any time to ensure that guests are abiding by this rule. Additional guests will be charged a fee per person through Airbnb or you will be asked to find accommodations elsewhere. Due to the uniqueness of this home there can be no occupants under the age of 21. Also the jet tub is only operable as a bath tub. ➢ In case of a property emergency and other issues (water or electrical Issues, broken windows, building safety concerns) please call us! ➢ The home is not childproofed. ➢ Quiet time begins at 10:00 pm. Please respect other guests and residents in the neighborhood. In the event of a disturbance, police will be called first as instructed by the neighbors. Remember that music, voices and noise is louder in the country. At no time are you allowed to block the driveway. It is a common drive as is the bbq area. ➢ Please do not leave trash outside the property. it attracts skunks, cats, and other unwanted guests   Property Security System is disabled. ➢ First Aid Kit Located in the main bathroom drawer ➢ Thermostat The thermostat is located on the wall by the hallway. ➢ Cleaning Supplies You can find cleaning supplies in the kitchen under the sink ➢ Iron/Ironing Board The ironing board and iron are located in the closet in the laundry room ➢ Vacuum Cleaner The vacuum is located in the closet in the laundry room ➢ Toilet Plunger Located next to each toilet ➢ The home provides the internet service. Unfortunately, we have no control over slow speeds or outages. All TV is Firestick. We have the fastest speed that is provided in our neighborhood. When there are many people using the internet, it slows down. ➢ To use the Wi-Fi, you must have the latest Dual Band 5 GHz adapter in your devices Board Games, Cards, and DVD movies Reminder: rolling dumpster must be taken to the curb on Thursday nights. Trash collection is on Friday.   Upon Departure Please… ➢ Gather all trash from the property, porches, and surrounding area and dispose in the green dumpster ➢ Throw away and/or take all food with you All guests by name must be on the reservation. Anyone not listed but residing in the house will be asked to leave or the reservation is cancelled. There are no guests allowed under the age of 21. Guests have the entire home, a large front yard, a fenced back yard. A common shared bbq area. Parking is in front of the house. Please do not block back drive or garage doors. THERE IS NO MAIL RECEPTACLE AT THIS PROPERTY. Please be advised at all properties maintenance crews, in home cleaning crews, and pest control arrive regularly. Occasionally there are schedule changes beyond our control and they may arrive spontaneously. Nice and quiet. A large sideyard with an outdoor kitchen. A 400 sq foot front porch. Be aware this is in the country so deer, foxes, rabbits, and squirrels are not unusual sights.
