Bright, new 1-room apartment (non-smoking!) welcomes its guests with a lot of comfort. The main room has a sitting area, dining area, work area and a 140 cm wide bed. A small, fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher invites you to cook. The bathroom, like the whole apartment, is completely new and modern. Parking (with 22 kW wallbox) in front of the house is easy and thanks to the ground-level access, the entire apartment is barrier-free. The space The apartment is largely equipped with organic furniture. The energy supply and heating is 100% CO2-neutral. The area in front of the house is designed with a beautiful seating area and is exclusively available to guests. Other things to note The current rules related to COVID-19 apply. At the moment, rentals are only made with proof of the 2G vaccination status of our guests. Here we ask for your understanding.
