Small 26 m2 detached house, located at the bottom of the family garden. A few steps from downtown and amenities, it offers a quiet space for your vacation or work stays. You will find everything you need to feel right at home, alone or as a couple. The accommodation is a NON-SMOKING space, but you can smoke in the garden. Access is via the common gate of the family property. Our little dog sometimes walks in the garden. The space You will have direct access to the main room equipped with a small sofa*. Guests can enjoy the flat-screen TV, connected to a fiber connection. In the kitchen area you will have a mini fridge (with freezer), electric hotplates, combined microwave oven, electric kettle, Senseo coffee machine (espresso), dishes, pans, pots, cooking utensils. The room is spacious and has a 140 x 200 bed, a wardrobe, a small desk, and a dresser. Bedding is provided. The bed will be made before you check in. In the bathroom there is a shower, toilet, sink, and a washing machine. The accommodation is equipped with a CMV that cleans the air 24 hours a day. Everyday equipment and accessories are also available for cooking, ironing and drying laundry. * The sofa is not convertible (not suitable for sleeping). Guest access Entire home located 8 minutes' walk from the RER train station and train to Paris. If you have a 2-wheeled vehicle, you can park it on the property. Please feel free to ask us. Other things to note If you have an infant (who is not yet crawling and walking), I can provide you with a travel cot. We do not welcome small children (who crawl, walk and touch everything) for safety reasons! The accommodation is not suitable for them. ------------------------------------------ Poissy train station is an 8-minute walk from the house. To reach the heart of Paris, you can take the RER A Paris - La Défense, or the train that leads to Saint-Lazare station in 20 minutes. The city of Saint-Germain-en-Laye is also within minutes by bus.
