Adjoining Manor Farm, it is a comfortable semi-detached cottage for five in three bedrooms. Downstairs the house has a utility room, farmhouse kitchen with dining area and living room with south-facing views. Upstairs is a master bedroom, twin room and child's single bedroom. The gardens are surrounded by pasture, and have unbroken views over the wood-fringed valley of Owlpen. The space Over Court looks over the Owlpen valley. It has an entrance hall, a large country kitchen/ breakfast room and a mid-sized sitting room. The kitchen includes a fridge/ freezer and microwave, and beyond lies a utility area with washing machine. The cottage is centrally-heated throughout. Upstairs there are three bedrooms -- one big double room with king-sized bed, one twin, and a third small bedroom for a nanny or a child, with a single bed and sloping roof. There is also an airy bathroom with a bath and over-bath showerhead. The cottage is situated in the heart of the valley surrounded by pasture and directly under the majestic beech woods.
