Landes house in a very quiet residential area with very little vehicle traffic, close to the city center, shops and secure bike paths, offers two pleasant air-conditioned rooms, spacious and above all quiet. Shared bathroom with bathtub, shower and double sinks. Only the toilet is reserved exclusively for guests. Rooms ideal for couples, students, families (with children), interns, festivals, travelers and professionals. See you soon! The space You have at your disposal the entire ground floor of this residence. The rooms are therefore not in the attic. There is no risk of getting a beam in the forehead or not being able to sleep properly because of the heat. Indeed, during a heat wave you will appreciate the individual air conditioning present in each of the rooms that you can adjust as you like. Guest access I don't have a garage reserved for my guests. On the other hand, you will have no problem parking either outside or inside the property. Indeed, we have a paved driveway inside the property. If you don't want to bring your vehicle to my place, then you have the option to park on the street in front of my residence. Spots are always available. During your stay In order to best meet the expectations of my guests, I am available throughout the stay. If needed, my guests can contact me via my mobile number and/or the site's messaging.
