Gorgeous room in the attic of our villa. Living room area and nice bathroom. Splendid view on the lake and Alps. Free access to indoors heated swimming pool (27 °). Absolute peacefulness by the water, the house is surrounded by fields, apple orchards and vineyards. Ideal for a gastronomic relaxing week end, or if you do standup paddle. Free access to beautiful garden, terrace and lake side. Included in the price: cold drinks, sweet or savory snacks, tea/coffee Nespresso. Long term stay possible The space Ultimate peace haven. You can enjoy all the outdoors areas. We offer you tea coffee, sweet and savoury snacks and cold drinks. Free WiFi and car parking. We ask only for you to respect the peace and quiet of the place. You can have your breakfast outside on the terrasse or in the shelter where our fishermen ancestors used to fold and mend and dry their nets, sheltered from the wind. You can also feed the many ducks and swans or simply sit on a bench and look at the ferries and sailboats on the lake. Easy access by car. Guest access Room, winterhouse, shelter right by the water, indoors swimming pool, garden. During your stay We are two families under the same roof. Our grandparents live on the ground floor. They are always around and absolutely lovely and awesome and will gladly reply to your questions in french, catalan, spanish or broken english. I am regularly absent during week ends but I remain entirely available by email or phone if you have any question or problem or if you need informations on what to do in the region. Other things to note You will be greeted at the garden fences portal by Nemo, our Springer Spaniel dog, unless he is away on a hunting trip with my husband. He is adorable and will go crazy greeting you but never bites. The cats , Tigri and Sunny are much more discreet and shy. They have their own tiny house in the garden. The cats and the dog are not allowed inside the house. We rent the room only on week ends and only one booking, this way we can welcome you better and it allows you to check out as late as you want on the day you leave.
