2 bedroom terraced house with enclosed garden. Two double bedrooms. Bathroom with bath and shower, there is also an extra downstairs toilet. Open plan living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Toilet downstairs which also houses the boiler and a tumble dryer. Close to public transport, beaches and parks. The space The entire space is yours to use as your own but I am available at all times should you need anything. This is a family home so our possessions remain in the property, such as clothing and photos. There is an empty cupboard with hangers in bedroom 2 and drawer space in bedroom 1. There is also a dressing room which you can use upstairs. The under stairs cupboard will be locked as this will have some of our possessions inside. The outdoor of the property has garden furniture and small grassed area. BBQ's are allowed at this property but we would ask to please bear in mind the neighbours and smoke direction when lighting. Please light BBQs at the top of the garden near the shed. Guest access The entire house is yours for use during your stay. Other things to note There's a clothes steamer and hoover available.
