Come and relax in my cozy cottage! Perfect for couples or solo travelers that like their own space. This is my primary residence and I have dogs but they are not there when you rent my whole space. The mattress is memory foam with fresh smell good linens! I have Netflix, Pandora and Hulu. There are tons of nice restaurants around in Uber distance. 5 mins to EVERYTHING in town. The beach bridge is rerouted until the bridge is fixed. Fully equipped kitchen and all essentials provided. The space COVID 19-The steep cleaning fee is due to the extra fees for my cleaning ladies. They are super awesome and pay attention to detail. They are sanitizing everything! The bathroom has a bidet, y’all. A bidet. Everybody loves a clean butt. You’re welcome! Your guest bedroom has a brand new memory foam mattress, hypoallergenic and memory foam pillows (4), a comforter and fresh sheets. The decor is mid century vintage with bohemian accents. You’ll find lots of plants everywhere! A third and fourth guest can be accommodated in the living room if you bring an air mattress. Extra linens provided. Guest access The only place you don't have access to on this property is the bedroom on the left in the hallway. Your room is on the right in the hallway. Please enjoy the entire house otherwise! Other things to note This is my primary residence when I’m not renting. You’ll see a well loved and nested home! If you have pet allergies my home isn’t best for you. Despite deep cleaning traces of my dogs are surely present. Long stays: Toilet paper and other toiletries or things of that nature cannot be provided for the full length of stay. Towels are in the hallway. The washer power button also requires a very firm long push before it powers on. There is a box fans in the laundry room which will be helpful on warm nights on the deck. Please unplug bistro lights on deck when retiring for the night, as it rains almost daily here. Flush only t.p. and what nature provides. Most of my home is furnished with vintage or antique furniture. Rest cups on coasters. I finally got myself a real leather couch. An aesthetic dream come true! Please please please be careful on it. There are magic erasers under the sink if something happens. Best not to use any pens or markers, or spaghetti eating contests on it. This place is perfect for solo travelers or couples. If you have kids or a third or fourth person you are welcome to bring an air mattress for the living room. I have extra sheets, towels, and freshly washed blankets. I have large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. This is my primary residence so there will be food in the fridge. Things like ketchup, sugar and flour etc are on hand if you need it, help yourself. If you use a lot or all of anything, (pantry items, cleaning products, detergents, etc) I kindly ask you make an appropriate donation. Find me on Venmo, Emmalee Fournier. If you are allergic to dogs, my home is NOT best for you, as this is my primary residence and I have two small pups. They are not here when you stay. Again this is your own Entire private stay.
