Our Cosy Home is located in Wollmerschied, a very quiet district of Lorch. Ideal for those looking for peace and appreciate a private atmosphere. The location on the edge of the Taunus offers many excursions. The Rhine Valley and Loreley can be reached in minutes by car. The Wisper Trail starts with a stage "Wollmerschieder Grenzweg" directly on the outskirts of the village and includes overall 14 circular hiking trails - all in premium quality. The space The house was completely renovated and furnished in 2020. The living space is about 75 square meters and includes a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The orchard has plenty of space to relax and play. On the cozy balcony you can enjoy the sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped: electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, fridge-freezer. Bathroom with shower and separate w/w as well as a washing machine. Children are welcome and under 2 years free of charge. A travel cot is available. First bedroom with double bed 200cm x 180cm. Second bedroom with bed 200 cm x 90 cm and underneath a pull-out bed approx. 190 cm x 85 cm. The couch can be used as a bed. A garage can be used freely. Ideal for vintage cars, convertible, motorbike or e-bike. Other things to note A tourist tax of €2 per guest per night must be paid on site.
