The space The surface of the house is 120 m² and there are three levels. In the first level there are two bedrooms with two double beds, one bathroom and a big balcony with the view to the sea and the mountain In the second level there is a big living-room,kitchen,WC and big balcony with view to the sea. In the third level there is a big room 40 m² with three sofa-beds,one single bed and a bathroom. It is a full equipped house with comforts.
