14-person gîte with pool near Puy du Fou

Ideally located in the heart of the Vendée (30 minutes from Puy du Fou and Marais Poitevins, 45 minutes from Les Sables and Nantes, 1 hour from La Rochelle, 5 minutes from the A83), come and spend a pleasant stay, quietly, with friends or family. Rental possible for up to 14 people in cottage. Accommodation completely renovated in 2020, with shower/sink/toilet in every bedroom. Many amenities such as swimming pool, petanque court, swing, billiards, ping-pong table, children's games... Free Wi-Fi. Secure parking The space In addition, the swimming pool located on our property is accessible during the day (about 3 hours per day) for everyone's well-being from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Guest access The pool is accessible from June to September, 3 hours a day, between 10am and 12pm and between 2pm and 6pm, times to be agreed together. Access to the spa is open from the end of April to October, and limited to 1 hour per day, in order to respect health measures. Swimming shorts prohibited, shower required before entering the hot tub. We do not provide towels, extra sheets, €10 per room for 2 and €15 per room for 4 people. All other activities (pétanque, swing and ping-pong) are located on the gîte side, so access is unlimited. Other things to note The base price includes the "Manon" and "Maxence" rooms. The rate varies according to the number of people, so one room will be allocated per booking for an additional 2 people. If you'd like to book all the rooms, you'll need to put "10 people" when you book.
