The space This house is conveniently located close to the airport and to the CBD.There is Southgate shopping mall that was recently opened where you can find food outlets like chicken inn ,pizza inn,chicken slice which is just a 10 minute walk. There is Piknpay supermarket at the mall. There is also Spar supermarket and OK mart which is a 3 minute drive.Its a 5 minute walk to Braeside medical hospital. The house has 2 × 5000 litre tanks to ensure our guests do not run short of water.Hot water is available. The house is secured by Guard alert rapid response and all round alarm systems . Unlimited wifi is available. : No power cuts .The house powered by SOLAR and ZESA. Guest access It is a stand alone house with its own entrance( Gate) The house is demarcated from the cottage by a wall to ensure guests' privacy.Therefore the guests have their own private entry ,space and parking which does not interfere with what is happening to the cottage. In short there are 2 gates .One for the caretaker and one for the guests Caretaker stays at the cottage.There is no interaction between the guests and caretaker .They do not share space. Other things to note Guests can relax in the garden .
