Between Metamorfosi and Nikiti, Halkidiki our family house is located right in the middle of a dense pine forest ideal for relaxing and calm vacation. You can find yourself in the sea in under 500 meters, 5-7 minutes walk, making it fully accessible any time you want. A family friendly country house decorated in traditional wooden furnitures. The space Built back in the 80's our family summer house, is located between Metamorfosi and Nikiti villages (2.5 km after Metamorfosi and 5.5 km before Nikiti), surrounded by dense pine forest. The distance from Thessaloniki is 95kms and from Thessaloniki “Macedonia” airport is 80kms. Specifically the house is located in a compound in the woods around 1km from the famous 5 stars DANAI HOTEL. It is a vacation 2 floored house, part of a 8 house compound, , fenced plot, into the silence of nature, completely secure for children playing outside in the extended garden. Also there is space for covered car parking. The living room consists of two traditional wooden sofas (each one of 3 seaters, with an extra sliding bed), a classic cozy fire place, a wooden coffee-table, and a smart TV set. You will also find a fully functional and equipped kitchen, ready to serve all your kitchen needs. There is a fridge, with a deep freeze, electric cooker, and a variety of kitchen appliances. There is a back yard with a porch and a beautiful garden with a quince tree. You can enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinners under the wooden kiosk with the view of the calming forest. At the second floor there is a comfortable closet, a wooden bookcase and an air-condition. Also in this floor, you can find the bathroom (small but fully equipped) with a shower, toilet, sink and all the necessary stuff. From here there is direct access to the “forest” balcony of the apartment and the view is being put in the dense pine forest. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs and is an ideal place to end the day gazing at the stars. Moving up at the attic there is a 2 person double bed, for deep relaxation and comfy naps. In the yard of the house, children and adults alike have plenty of space to play, read, discuss, have a drink, with the best point being the wooden outdoor table overlooking the forest. The sense of being in the middle of nature, in between the forest trees is a strong and relaxing one. The villa can host up to 4 persons. We provide the hole house to our guests. No pets allowed. One double bed in the attic. In the living room area on the ground floor the sofa is transformed to a double bed and a single bed sofa. Guest access One parking space, the hole house and it's back yard for relaxation. Other things to note The hole house is carefully cleaned with all the necessary cleaner's and also with a professional steam cleaner before and after every guest stay.
