Artur or Ar-Kent Holiday Site is the second biggest holiday site of Europe in the unique coves of the North Aegean, located on an area of 2.165.000 m2, 1.5 hours to Balıkesir, 2 hours to Izmir and 30 minutes to Ayvalık. The house is located at Marti Bay and is only few steps away from the sea. It has an amazing sea view and a tranquil garden. The house is renovated in 2018. The space The house is bought by my grandparents in the early 80s. Not just the house itself but Ar-Kent is a very special place as it has all kinds of facilities for a tranquil holiday. It is closeby to lots of beautiful North Eagean villages and towns like Ayvalık. Ark-Kent (commonly know as Artur) has restaurants, night clubs, pubs, open- air cinema, tennis-basketball-football fields and lots of other facilities; making it a space for kids, families, couples or any individual from any age. Guest access All the space belongs to the guests without any restrictions once it is rented. But please experience the space with care :) Other things to note We can assure you will have amazing time in Artur where you can enjoy the blue-flagged sea and food. If you are somehow bored in Artur itself, you can just have a visit to Ayvalık, Şeytan Sofrası Bay, Hasanboguldu Waterfalls, Pelitköy (amazing village), etc. Please see the phamplets we left for you at the house.
