Come visit our cosy caravan hideaway in the beautiful Conwy valley. A great central location for visiting all the sights of north Wales or relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the countryside. Halfway between Betws-y-Coed and Conwy, close to Snowdonia National Park, ZipWorld (Betws and Conwy ZIPs), GoBelow, beaches, hiking and more. The space Bed linens, towels, pots and pans are provided. We have Smart TV Freesat, WiFi, 4G mobile coverage. The caravan is located in a lightly wooded glade within our property, perfect for two. There are two comfortable bench style sofa's with cushions, Smart TV, FreeSat and wireless internet. Kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with small freezer, four burner gas stove and oven, hot and cold running water. The bed is a fixed double bed with a lovely bright double mirrored vanity unit and adjoining shower and toilet cubicle. The bedroom can be separated off with a sliding door for privacy if needed. The kitchen comes equipped with microwave oven, kettle, toaster as well a four burner gas stove and oven, plus plates, dishes, cups, drinking glasses and cutlery. Outdoors there is a delightful picnic bench for al fresco dining and to gaze over the shimmering river Conwy or to star gaze on clear nights. There are a few steps from the rugged gravel parking area, and as such isn't suitable for guests with limited mobility. There is a quarter mile private lane/driveway from the main A470 - this is single farm track with a grass verge running up the centre, travellers with low slung vehicles, sports cars or motorbikes should take extra care. A car is essential for getting around, no buses or taxis. Other things to note The outdoor lighting from car park to caravan isn't finished so take extra care when arriving/leaving when dark. Just so as you are aware you might see other guests along the path as we have four self contained holiday properties within our extensive gardens, each with their own outdoor spaces and between 25 -100 yards apart, Peaceful Paddock caravan, Bluebell Cottage and The Nook.
