Bright loft with great views

Spacious loft (54 m² + gallery) in a quiet location on the slope, with wonderful views of the city of Biel, Lake Biel and the Jura Mountains. The forest is very close and offers wonderful walking paths. You can also get around easily by bike and bus stations are within a 5-minute walk. The loft offers sleeping on normal beds for 4 people + a baby crib. Longer stays are possible by arrangement - please send us a message! The space The loft is very bright and quiet. The loft is a large room with gallery and bathroom . In the gallery is a double bed, 2 single beds are just below it, whereby an additional bed can be pulled out in one bed. We will be happy to set up the baby cot for you on request. Because of the steep stairs that lead to the gallery, a stay with small children is not recommended (risk of falling!). The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. In the large room you will find a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and oven, a large dining table and a sofa corner with TV. Underfloor heating and air conditioning ensure pleasant temperatures in all seasons. Guest access ATTENTION! New parking situation from 08/01/2024! From then on, general parking is prohibited on the streets and is only allowed on the blue parking fields with the parking disc (Mon-Sat 8-11:30 am and 13:30-18:00 for free). Over noon and from 7 pm to 7:59 pm there is no need for a parking card, nor on Sundays. One of the parking fields is located at the back on the turning square by the forest, another a little further down on the pond path. Both places are about 200 meters from the loft. For the blue zone parking fields, parking tickets can also be purchased for a fee (1 day CHF 7.-, 1 week 25.-) The tickets can be purchased electronically via parkingpay app or from the municipality of Port. Important also: Please do not turn to the neighboring properties but to the designated turning point at the end of the street (cul-de-sac). Other things to note You are welcome to use the lower garden. Please always close the doors and the garden gate so that our dog cannot escape. Thanks for staying! Please note that our dog moves freely in the garden and could also pay you a visit in the lower part of the garden :-) In front of the house, we have set up a small seating area. You are also welcome to share this. Please note that you are sitting in front of the window of a children's room and please do not make any noise after 8 PM. Thank you!
