The full price is based on how many guests are sharing the home so please add all guests to the booking :) 'The Hub' is designed for those seeking relaxation in a convenient location with sea views. Please note that this is not a party house, as it is situated in a quiet residential area. One-night stays are only released occasionally around one month before arrival and are accepted at our discretion. We do not allow groups or party-style stays for these bookings. These dates are for couples and small families only, with previous positive Airbnb reviews. Perfectly situated in the seaside town of Cleveleys, our home offers a peaceful stay away from the crowds, while still being close to all attractions and amenities. Enjoy the nearby beach and sea, explore the Blackpool nightlife, theaters, and attractions! Families, couples, groups, business workers, and well-behaved dogs (additional fee of £20 per dog per night upon request) are all welcome in our home. (max 2 dogs) Conveniently located just a short drive from Lytham St Annes and Poulton-Le-Fylde, both offering classy cocktail bars. Additionally, a 5-minute walk will take you to the Bus Station or Tram Stop, providing easy access to ride along the Promenade and visit local attractions. Our home is equipped with complimentary wifi and a smart TV for your entertainment. (own log ins must be used) Ground floor: - Hallway leading to our cinema room (sleeps up to 2 guests) and separate w/c. 1st Floor: - Fully equipped open plan kitchen/diner with breakfast bar. - Dining room seating 8 guests, with an additional 4 barstools at the breakfast bar. - Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby - The dining room flows into the cosy living room, featuring panoramic floor-to-ceiling glass walls, patio doors, and a balcony terrace. 2nd Floor: - Spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower and provided towels. - Master bedroom with a double bed, small double sofa bed (sleeps up to 4 guests) - 2nd Large Bedroom with 2 double beds (sleeps up to 4 guests). 3rd Floor: - Sun room, terraces, and hot tub. - Enjoy a viewpoint of the beach, sea, and distant mountains! The sofa bed can accommodate 2 additional guests. Please note that due to council restrictions and licensing, we do not provide a hamper and alcohol. Enjoy the comfort and entertainment of our cinema room and relax in the hot tub located on the roof top terrace. The Front high level balcony terrace remains shut in the winter months for safety aspects. The entire space is yours to enjoy, ensuring your privacy. There is another property attached and located to the rear of the property but this is seperate accommodation. Other things to note Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ): • Do you provide towels? Absolutely! We supply 2 towels per guest, including hand towels, medium towels, hot tub towels, kitchen towels, and additional hand towels for the bathrooms. • Is early check-in possible? Typically, early check-in isn't available as our dedicated housekeeping team needs time to clean and prepare the house for your arrival. However, feel free to park early and explore the town's coffee shops, cafes, bars, or take a leisurely stroll on the beach. Check-in is 4 pm. • Can we request a late check-out? Unfortunately, we can not accommodate late check-outs as our housekeeping team follows a tight schedule and requires prompt turnover for upcoming guests. You're welcome to leave your vehicles at the property after check-out and enjoy breakfast in town. Check out is 11 am. -Can we have a one night stay? Our policy is a 2 night minimum stay. • Are there extra keys? We provide one key and have a lockbox located outside the property to ensure a convenient and secure access point whenever you leave the premises. • How do we retrieve the keys? Upon your arrival the keys will be located in the lockbox, we will send you this code on the day of check in. • Do you have a travel cot or high chairs, etc..? For safety reasons, we request that guests bring their own travel cots to ensure the utmost safety and familiarity for their babies. Unfortunately, our insurance does not cover the provision of travel cots or other baby accessories. • How many cars can we park, and are there additional parking spaces nearby? You can park up to 2 cars on the front driveway. Please refrain from parking on neighbours' properties or driveways. Additional parking can be found around the corner on Beach Road, just a short walk away. • Is the hot tub covered? The hot tub is uncovered, so while your head may get rained on if it rains, you can still enjoy the experience with 80% of your body remaining dry. • Is the hot tub private? Yes, the hot tub is exclusively for your use during your booking. It is not a shared facility. • Is the house shared with other guests? Absolutely not! You will have the entire house to yourselves, ensuring complete privacy and exclusivity. • Do you provide condiments? Yes, we provide all the basics you need for cooking meals, including salt, pepper, oil, and a selection of sauces and spices. • Are there enough utensils, pots, and pans for meal preparation? Certainly! We have a well-equipped kitchen with all the utensils, pots, and pans you need. Just bring yourself and the food. • Can we have visitors who are not staying overnight? For safety, security, and insurance purposes, we are only covered for the guests listed on the booking. Unfortunately, you can not have any visitors or additional guests at the property unless they are registered on the booking. • Can we host a hen/stag or special occasion? While we do accommodate such events, it's crucial to maintain a relaxed and peaceful environment. No music or partying is allowed due to council regulations and consideration for our residential neighbours. Noise disturbances must be avoided at all times. Please note that we prioritise bookings from groups with previous positive Airbnb reviews to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. We kindly request that all guests respect our home and neighborhood. • Can we use the terraces/hot tub after 10 pm? Unfortunately, this is not permitted by local council regulations. To ensure a peaceful environment for the surrounding residents, the use of terraces and hot tubs must cease by 10 pm. The high level balcony terrace stays locked in the winter months due to safety aspects. • Can you accommodate a smaller deposit? With Airbnb, there are two options available. You can either pay in full at the time of booking or choose to pay 50% upfront with the remaining balance due approximately 5 days before check-in. We, as hosts, do not manage or receive any payments outside of the Airbnb platform until after your stay is completed. • Can you arrange a direct booking? Absolutely! If you prefer to make a direct booking, you can find us online at The Coastal Collection. As a local provider based in Thornton-Cleveleys, we can offer the convenience of smaller deposits and instalment plans without any additional Airbnb fees. It's a special occasion, is there anything extra we can have at the home? Yes! We have made good contacts if you are looking to make your occasion that extra bit special! Whether it is a private chef, private yoga class, in-house spa day,massages and pamper parties, cocktail making, or even just baloons, they have you covered! Other things to note... Wi-Fi Notice We provide complimentary Wi-Fi for guest use, but please note that internet access can’t always be guaranteed. As we’re not in a fibre-optic area, speeds can occasionally be slower, and service may be affected by weather or technical issues with local masts. While we do our best to maintain a stable connection, it’s outside of our control at times. If reliable high-speed internet is essential (for work, streaming, etc.), we recommend tethering to a mobile device as a backup option or we recommend you booking another property that can guarantee a good connection. • We are just a phone call or message away if you need assistance. • Please ensure that all your guests are added to the booking. Additionally, we kindly request that you download the Airbnb App to contact us. In case of emergencies, please feel free to text or call us. • We do not provide toiletries in the bathrooms for economical reasons and to accommodate guest preferences. • Please be aware that we are constantly working on updating, improving, and maintaining our homes.
