My cottage has two queen size beds, single hide a bed sofa in living room, Smart TV, Wifi, and BBQ. Large fenced in yard, outdoor sitting area surrounded by large mature trees. World class fly fishing in a blue ribbon trout river, boat launch and Hobo Hot Springs are right outside the door. Hot springs are free and open 24/7. Saratoga Lake is only 2 miles away. It is a perfect haven for outdoor fun and retreat. Located only four blocks from downtown. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The space This is a very special cottage beautifully located in walking distance to everything; town, hot pools, boat launch and the river. The cottage is quaint and cozy and very shaded with a large yard. It has a fishing decor and it is very inviting. Guest access Guests have access to the whole cottage property. Cottage is not river front, but the River Cottages property is on the river. Guests have access to the river, only about 50 yards away. Other things to note Two sets of towels are provided for each guest. One set for the hot springs and the other for home use. If you would like a change of towels, we are happy to provide them for you. The BBQ is located on the side porch to the right. It is a gas BBQ This is an older property with updates. Be aware there is a one step up from the kitchen to the dining room. Pets allowed maximum 2. Pet fee is $10.00 per pet per day
