Mistletoe Cottage, a lovely 3 bedroom character cottage with private, off road parking and a sunny garden to enjoy outside eating and relaxation.. Situated in the beautiful village of Alne, just 10 miles from York and easy access to Harrogate, the Dales, the Moors and the Coast. The Area has recently been awarded "one of the Best Places to Live in England" by The Sunday Times. Stylish, fully furnished, soft cotton bedding and providing everything you will want for your stay. The space As you enter the cottage, through the Oak Porch, the hallway stretches the full length of the house. To the right is a downstairs bedroom, with a King sized bed, full fitted wardrobe and en-suite wet room. The wet room has a toilet, wash basin, a large walk in shower and cupboards for toiletries. Further along the hallway is a door into the Kitchen and open plan living space. The Kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge freezer, eye level Neff oven, Dishwasher, Washing machine, microwave and all necessary appliances. The Dining area looks out over the well tended, rear garden with it's Patio, small lawn and of course the mistletoe in the apple trees. The Patio, has a full garden set for sitting out or dining out, on warm evenings and a high quality BBQ is available if required. The lounge area has a large L shaped sofa, and a new 43" Smart TV with access to Netflix and all on line Channels. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, the dormer bedroom has a king bed, chest of drawers and a full wardrobe. The twin has 2 single beds, bedside chests, dressing table and a wardrobe. A shower room is accessed from the landing. The cottage comes with full Wifi, underfloor heating down stairs and radiators upstairs. The boiler provides on demand hot water. If you are cycling, golfing or need to store equipment we can provide safe, secure storage in a store room. Guest access Full private access to the whole cottage. There is a drive which will take two medium sized cars or safe parking on the quiet lane outside of the Cottage. Should you find the Cottage booked for the dates you want we also have The Old Post Office next door a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property. Other things to note We are meticulous on our cleaning and given these unique times we undertake a "full deep clean" before and after our guests stay. In addition to our usual hand-wash and toiletries, we will provide hand sanitiser and anti bacterial wipes.
