Our beautiful modern home is newly renovated. It is spacious, in a quiet area & close to downtown Graz. It is easy to get to it walking or there are 2 tramline stops close by. Near to us you'll find the Universities, a beautiful Church, markets, bars, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, parks, etc. Please be aware that when booking this listing, you'll be renting one private room with some shared areas, not the whole apartment! :) The space We are renting two private bedrooms in Airbnb and that is why there are 3 different listings in this platform. You can rent either one of our bedrooms: - Feel at Home (which hosts up to 2 people), - Home Sweet Home (which also hosts up to 2 people) or, - A Home with a Heart where you can rent both rooms at the same time (which host up to 4 people). In "Home Sweet Home" you'll be renting one room for two people and some shared areas in the apartment (Bathroom, WC, Entry room, Kitchen/Dining room and balcony). Be aware that you are NOT renting the whole apartment! The bedroom has 10 m2, it is decorated with a New Yorkian industrial/loft style but still with a warm, chic and homey feel. It has a high Double bed with a 140 x 200cm mattress (good for two people). Please notice that the bed is 164cm off the ground, it has no security rail (upon request, we can provide a security rail!) and stairs must be climbed to get to it (PLEASE SEE PHOTOS!). It has hardwood floors, there is a study/work desk (120 x 60cm), a closet where you can hang and store your things, a full body mirror and a chill, relaxing lounge area. It has a lot of daylight (unless the blinds are closed) and plenty of room to study, work or chill-out. It has a beautiful view of a huge School garden. It's a cool room! Of course, all the bedding will be provided. We also offer free Wifi (the speed is good!) Our apartment is quite spacious, it has 103 m2. We have a newly renovated live-in kitchen with all the amenities that are available to you: oven, microwave, an electric cooking plate, blender, small grill/toaster, tea kettle, coffee maker (coffee is not provided), water filter and a refrigerator that is just for the use of our guests. We live on the fourth floor but, there is an elevator (it is small). Our area is very quiet and peaceful but yet, very close to everything!. If you want peace and quiet, we have a small balcony with a small table and two chairs where you can sit and enjoy the tranquility of this part of the city. Or if you want entertainment, very close to us you will find many restaurants, bars, cafes, discos, clubs, concert halls, shops, the central park, a beautiful church, and much more. Please note that we have a small dog Luna, therefore, we can not accept other pets. She is a Havanese dog which is a shed-less and hypoallergenic breed. Her name is Luna and she is very friendly! Guest access - Your rented bedroom, of course! - Entry hall - Kitchen/Dining room - Toilet - Bathroom - Balcony Other things to note - Since we do not have staff and we have jobs and schedules, we will have to arrange a time for your Check-in that works for you and for us. And, the waiting time window has to be reasonable. - Unless we can make an exception and will have to be agreed previously, there is no checking-in before 3 pm or Checking-out after 10 am. - Please read our House rules!! - For the convenience of our guests, we also offer to use the washing and drying machines. It costs 2€ per machine, per load.
