Humble, Small In-Law House with Two Bedrooms, One Bathroom. Guest access Entire Home, Yard in front of this space. Parking in the driveway or on cement pad by home if you have a high profile vehicle. Entrance into rear home is steep for cars not high profile. Can Park across street in lot and walk to home down driveway if preferable. Driveway to access rear home is somewhat narrow and is gravel to parking pad. Other things to note This place has mini splits for AC and heat. Set at 78 in summer upon departure/62 in winter upon departure. There's back up heat units if mini splits turn off ( below -10). Use Mini splits primarily.
