Apartment south of Munich with S-Bahn connection

Modern, cozy apartment in the basement of our house 15 km south of Munich. City proximity plus nature and village experience. Direct S-Bahn connection (S7), 5 minutes' walk, 30 minutes' drive to Munich city center (main station/Marienplatz, Oktoberfest), A 95 connection. 8 km to Lake Starnberg, Garmisch can be reached in 45 minutes by car. For small children we provide a portable crib. We look forward to seeing you soon and will be happy to help. Guest access The entire apartment with living room, bedroom, kitchen and dining area is only available to the respective guests. The apartment has its own entrance. Other things to note We hope our guests will find everything they need in the apartment. As experienced travelers, we tried to equip it well. Special questions are not a problem, because I live with my family in the same house. Because children also live in the house and our friendly Labrador dog Lisa, we are happy about guests who like children and animals.
