The space Pleasant equipped apartment, very functional, spacious, separate bedroom, with shower room, modern architecture, bay window, roller shutters, bright with independent entrance, living room with open plan kitchen and cozy equipped garden. The open-plan kitchen has a gas stove, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, cooking utensils provided. The living room has a flat-screen TV, coffee table, bar area – stools and a sofa bed with bay window overlooking the garden. The bedroom is equipped with: wardrobe, bedside tables – lamps, desk, mirror with adjoining shower room/toilet. View of wooded garden/garden furniture to admire the stars in the evening in peace or listen to the song of cicadas and table area to have breakfast. Secure gate (a remote control is given with the keys). The car can be parked next to the apartment. A welcome kit is available: Senseo pods, tea, sugar. Sheets, bath towels, washcloths are provided, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, cleaning products are available. Baby bed with sheets, high chair, changing table, and bathtub on request at no extra cost. For any other request, don't hesitate to ask us, we will do everything we can to respond to it and facilitate your stay. Possibility of a fifth person (inflatable camping mattress for 1 person can be provided) for an extra 15 euros (let us know when booking). Our priority is that you have a pleasant time in peace, surrounded by nature. Guest access Detailed access instructions are provided a few days before check-in. Access recognized by GPS. Our guests have a cozy garden area where they can spend the evenings and have breakfast in the shade of our olive trees, and in peace. The car is parked next to the apartment in the fenced garden and secure gate. For children there is a swing and board games. Shops are within a 10-minute drive and a 5-minute walk to the village where there is a pizzeria, tobacco convenience store and wine bar.
