About 10 Minutes away from NoHo arts District and the North Hollywood metro Red Line station. **This listing is for Non-smokers. FEMALE guests ONLY.** (Street parking only) Access to 2 bus lines 1 minute walk on the block corner. Several eateries and other shops in the area. The space Soft comfortable Queen size bed. Fits up to two ladies in a small but cozy room. This listing is just for people who primarily need a place to sleep and shower. Hope you enjoy your stay. Requests for additional guests after one person: $5 every extra person per night. However, the room is best fit for 1, but can accommodate 2 if you’re traveling with a friend Guest access -Access to my private bedroom (for yourself) -Access to shared bathroom. -Access to the microwave, fridge and stove top -We do Not provide food or drinks with this reservation. So please be prepared to bring your food during your visit. During your stay I will be in the living room while You stay in my personal room by yourself. If you stay out late at night, please be sure to come in the house quietly since I will be in the living room area. I have a housemate who occupies the other private bedroom to herself. Feel free to ask me questions about LA/Hollywood hotspots. You may also text me if I’m not home. I’m very familiar with the city bus systems as well, if you need help. Other things to note -Potential for noise in this area (active family lives in the apartment above ) -Air traffic noise (Planes heading to Burbank airport fly overhead) -Fan in the room (gets very hot during summer & very cold during winter) -AC in living room -Please let me know if you will have a car during your stay before booking. Street parking only -Maintenance repairs can happen at any time for the building. I will let you know if someone is expected during your stay. -I’m highly allergic to most flowers, so please don’t bring any flowers in the apartment.
