The space The spacious and bright house is designed for 4 people and is divided into two comfortable bedrooms with a double bed (box-spring beds from Hästens) and two single beds, which can also be used from double bed if needed. Therefore, the cottage is perfect for vacationing with families or friends. Garden and terrace offer high-quality garden furniture, sunbeds and enough space for everyone. There is a spacious shower and bathtub and 1 guest toilet. The kitchen is open to the living room. It is fully furnished and equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. So you can always decide for yourself whether you cook in the cottage yourself or let yourself be pampered in the surrounding restaurants. In the large living room there is a cozy couch, two armchairs, as well as a TV with digital satellite reception. The bedrooms and the comfortable bathroom are upstairs. The ground floor and bathroom and hallway upstairs are tiled. The underfloor heating will provide a pleasant warmth. The garden is facing south, so you can enjoy the sun all day in the existing garden furniture. In the summer months from early June to mid-September, there is also a garden pool, which, in addition to the numerous swimming facilities, offers refreshment and swimming fun directly on the property. The neighboring property is undeveloped and the lawn can be used for children to play. It is fenced (but permeable) and a sandbox is set up. The nearest swimming area with an attached children's playground is only 1 km away and very easy to reach on foot. The imperial baths with their piers can be reached in about 20 minutes by car or e-bike.
