Cozy place

We are just over two blocks from the center of downtown! It's close to shops and dining but in a quiet area. The Cozy Place is a one bedroom unit in a three unit building. There is a king bed with a memory foam mattress in the bedroom and the couch converts to a full size bed. Remote controlled gas fireplace, full kitchen and a full bathroom. Sorry - No pets. The space The house is over 100 years old. This is the front unit (entered through the front door). There are two other units in the building. One unit is in the back of the building and the other is below the rear unit. Guest access Access to the unit, seating area out front and one parking space behind the building off the alley. Other things to note We have Roku TV's with apps and lots of live channels but we DO NOT have cable TV.
