The lower floor consists of a 100 m2 living room integrated with the kitchen, in turn equipped with: Refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, blender, juicer, toaster, coffee maker and other kitchen utensils and a full bathroom. The 100 m2 upper floor has four bedrooms (one of them ensuite with a large terrace and bathroom) and a second full bathroom. I go every 2-3 days to do work on the property and keep the tools in a garage that guests do not have access to.
