Description

Our beautiful Victorian building is just a 4 minute walk to town and the beach so a perfect location. I purchased the La Di Da March 2021 and have renovated and restored many original features. Lots of hard look and still working in the building to keep all original features. We have created a home to home feel, very comfortably beds and a warm cosy atmosphere. Any questions do ask. I also own apartments close by & The Boho Beach house. For weddings, I can accommodate up to 70 guests. The space A large town house walking distance to beach and town. I like to communicate directly with my guests from the start of a booking so any questions, you will have my mobile number. The La Di Da is a very unique property with ample of space. High ceilings and lots of light coming in each room. We are the biggest properties close to the beach & town. Both the La di da and my other house, The Boho Beach house which is just a few doors away. If you are a large group, space for comfort is important. Do send me any questions and I’ll come back to you as soon as I can. I look forward to hearing from you. Guest access Main hotel reception, also a door into the kitchen and a back door from garden. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTICE Its an exciting time looking for the right house for your group or family/friends. A responsibility to find the right house comfortable for your group. Having owned previously children's nurseries for 10 years with 150 children in my care. Safe guarding and fire safety is paramount and top priority. One area which is very important to always check before you book accommodation. 1, Do ask the host if the complying with the fire safety laws set in parliament October 2023? Every host should be aware of this, if not. I think you have your answer. 2, For large groups over 15 guests legally have to have an alarm system with a control panel, wired to each room in the house. Unfortunately, more and more phone calls come to me as their host has cancelled their booking due to closure from fire safety. This is paramount for the safety of guests that this rule is squeaky clean. A battery smoke alarm at the bottom of the house is no good to those at the top of the house, if a fire were to start. Ensuring all fire alarms are wired to a control panel and alarms sound in every sleeping room. (An alarm in the hall way is not helpful to those who have a hearing pediment). And also, by law the alarm has to be wired to each bedroom. A battery operated smoke alarm is not adequate to safe guard guests. Our guest safety is paramount, rest assured when booking with us. If you would like to know more, I'm more than happy to discuss this important factor. I feel it is clear, however I will note, yes we have always had the correct fire safety and also the latest fire alarm control panel recently installed to keep us top of the game. Your safety is always at the for front of my mind and business planning.
