The house has been located in a new development area since October 2019. It has a large, new fitted kitchen incl. Stove and dishwasher. In the living room there is a huge table with 6 chairs, a large couch and a 55 inch TV. On the 2nd floor there is a 22 sqm room with desk, 160x200m bed, and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower, 2 sinks and bathtub are also included. Wi-Fi, garden and a garage space are available ! The space The house is located in the newest Mannheim new development area "Franklin". In late summer 2019, this has become ready for occupancy. There is plenty of space here on 190 sqm. The location is great and the connection by bus and train, but also very nice by car. In total, the house has 3 floors and 3 bathrooms, as well as a front garden for bicycles and a normal garden with barbecue, etc. Guest access with your own key.
