The space We invite you to stay in a completely renovated 300 m2 part of a farmhouse dating from the end of the 19th century. Located 1km from the village of Les Matelles, a medieval village north of Montpellier, the house is ideally located: a few kilometers from the Gorges de l 'Hérault and the historic center of Montpellier, it is 500 meters from the RD 68, allowing quick access to the A9, A75 motorway as well as the various tourist sites of the region. Our home is a subtle mix of old and modern. It sleeps 12. It offers a large contemporary living room of 80 m2 on the ground floor with living room, wc, laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and high-end equipped kitchen composed of induction hobs, pyrolysis oven and retractable hood. The view of the terrace of 100 m2 is breathtaking, with a heated pleasure pool of 3x6 meters and a water line 1.20 m away secured that promises to spend convivial moments. The upstairs lobby serves 3 distinct spaces: - The first, an extensive games room of 60 m2 that will allow the youngest to have fun with toys suitable for children ages 0 to 12. You will find a 90 cm bed as well as a sofa bed for an additional 2 people.  - The second leads to the master suite with a 160 cm bed consisting of a dressing room and a shower room. This room has direct access to the small garden through the terrace and stone staircase. - The last space includes the other 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and wc, the other with bathtub), as well as individual toilets. The pink room of 20 m2 is equipped with a 140 bed, as is the blue room of 15 m2. The 12m2 brown room is equipped with 2 90X190 beds.  The children's room has a 90cm bed with an extra drawer bed. (Umbrella bed, changing table and baby bathtub available on request). Finally, the dovecote offers a 140 bed in a small space with a 360 degree view. It comes with an fan. We have added air conditioning in 2 bedrooms as well as in the hallway that serves 3 others to cope with the very hot periods of summer. All rooms are equipped with PLC outlets, and wifi is accessible.  Outside, children will have access to the trampoline and play structure. We also have two cats living in the house. They're sociable and used to guests. Since they usually stay indoors, you'll just need to give them access and give them their croquettes and paste once a day (food provided). We will not accept dogs that are not used to living with cats. This home is great for hosting one or more families with kids of all ages. The horse board located 50 meters away will allow lovers of the animals to visit them. Cleaning is included in the rental rate.
