This stone house is located on a 2000 m2 enclosed plot overlooking the Goul River This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The house is equipped with a bowling alley and is close to a campsite (350 meters). In summer, you can access a recreational pool and a tennis court. You can also hire electric bikes and order bread and pastries. The space The house has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8) including 3 attic rooms accessible by a fairly steep staircase. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, 3 gas and 1 electric burner and an oven. The bathroom consists of a bathtub and vanity unit and the toilet is separate. The terrace is equipped with a table with chairs, 2 deckchairs, a large umbrella and a gas plancha. The land is wooded, it is also equipped with a petanque court and a swing. Finally, it is possible to enter and park your vehicle close to the house. Guest access The house is close to a campsite (350 meters) where there is a recreational pool, a bowling green and a tennis court. It is located 1,500 km from the village of Pons where you will find a grocery store, bread depot and a tobacco bar, and 8 kilometers from Entraygues where you will have all the shops and services. Likewise, the village of Montsalvy in the Cantal is 10 kilometers away. The area is quiet and very wooded and is suitable for walking or cycling and river fishing.
