Welcome to the bright apartment! for those seeking recreation and families or for fitters. 2-room non-smoking apartment (about 49 m²) for max. 4 people on the 2nd floor with a balcony. A parking space at the house belongs to the apartment. Esens is a pretty East Frisian town with flair and is located about 5 km from the sea in Bensersiel. A beautiful bike path leads along the Siel. The visitor's tax must be paid in addition. We look forward to your visit! The space 1 bedroom with French double bed (1.40 m wide) 1 cozy living room with a fold-out bed (1.60 m wide (2 mattresses, 80 cm each)), seating furniture and a small TV. (A crib and highchair are available if needed) The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a dishwasher, oven with induction stove, and microwave. Bathroom with shower and toilet. We provide the mattress cover for the 1.40 m wide bed. Towels and linens can be booked as a linen package (€25/person). Guest access The bicycle storage room within the garage can be used at your own risk. Other things to note This is a non-smoking apartment, please stick to it and only smoke outside / on the balcony! No parties in the apartment! Thanks
