Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. This quiet apartment with its modern kitchen, a cosy living room and its beautiful view is perfect to spend a relaxing holiday. The space The apartment is situated on the second floor of the house. The flat is about 110 m² in size, includes a big balcony with a beautiful view on the alps, three lovingly designed bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen (equipped with all necessary items for preparing meals) and a living room with a couch, a smart TV and lots of space for children to play. Outdoor there's a small playground with a playhouse, a sandbox, a slackline and a trampoline. Our farm is located in peaceful and sunny surroundings. The next neighbour is 1 km away. Some hiking paths start directly at our doorstep - for example to the peak Gernkogel or Zirmkogel. Another way to explore the region is by bike. Popular destinations are the mountain farms that offer regional treats. There are many skiing areas close by, for example Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun and Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See. For our guests we offer a drying room with an electrical shoe dryer for the skiing equipment. Guest access Our guests receive a guest card that allows them to use all public transport in the province of Salzburg free of charge. In summer, admission to the facilities of our natural swimming lake in Niedernsill and the outdoor pool in Piesendorf, guided hikes and a children's program via our tourism association are also included free of charge. Other things to note The apartment is properly disinfected before every arrival. Additionally the apartment is provided with cleaning and disinfecting solution during every stay.
