Welcome to Hampton Beach House, a cozy cottage along Prince Edward Island's beautiful south shore. Just steps away from a quiet, family-friendly beach where kids can run free on the sandbars and splash in the safe waters. Located near the charming seaside village of Victoria-by-the-Sea which offers fresh seafood dining, handmade chocolates, fresh ground coffee, a variety of local artisan shops and boasts one of the Island's best theatres- the Victoria Playhouse. The space Three-bedroom, newly renovated beach house. Large, south-facing windows provide ample natural light and beautiful views. Modern kitchen with concrete countertops, undercabinet lighting, and a dishwasher in the maple butcher block island. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed and built-in closet storage. There is one full bathroom with shower/tub combo as well as washer and dryer. Open concept living room leads out to a screened-in-porch with attached deck. Large yard with plenty of green space and fire-pit. The space is climate controlled by a brand new heat pump. Wifi and Netflix included. Other things to note Baby items available upon request. The water in this neighbourhood is high in nitrates so a water cooler is in the cottage to use for drinking water. We are licensed with PEI Tourism (#4012359).
