Home in Derry

The Annex is a warm, bright and modern 2 bedroom, self-contained apartment adjacent to our own home on a quiet street. Both bedrooms sleep 2 adults (one with a double bed, the other has a king-sized bed that can be split into 2 single beds) and are situated on the ground floor, with the living space upstairs. The kitchen space has direct access to a private terrace which then leads on to the extensive garden. Parking is available in front of the Annex, with additional parking across the street. The space The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster, fridge, cooker and hob as well as all the normal utensils. We will also provide a hairdryer, towels, iron, ironing board and basic necessities like tea and coffee for your arrival. The entrance hall is very spacious - perfect for prams and bikes. There is also a large space under the stairs if additional storage is required. Please note that the super king size bed in the second bedroom is flexible and can be split into 2 single beds on request; a travel cot and high chair are also available - just let us know and we'll have them ready for you. Guest access Guests have full access to our extensive gardens, including a swing and slide set for children Other things to note If you have a car, please ensure that you park in the designated parking space outside the Annex and stay within the marked lines, as we also use the driveway and need to be able to get in and out in our own car
